PrecisionHunt provides hunt scoring, weather data, and algorithm tools for informational and planning purposes only. You are responsible for complying with all applicable hunting regulations, licensing requirements, and land access rules in your jurisdiction.
You may not use PrecisionHunt to engage in any unlawful activity, to harass other users, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You retain ownership of the algorithms and configurations you create. By publishing an algorithm to the community, you grant other PrecisionHunt users a non-exclusive license to view and use it within the app.
You are responsible for the content you share. Do not publish content that is misleading, offensive, or that infringes on the rights of others.
Hunt scores and weather data provided by PrecisionHunt are based on third-party forecast data and algorithmic models. They are provided for planning purposes and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular use. Always exercise your own judgment in the field.
All software, design, trademarks, and content that are part of PrecisionHunt — excluding user-generated content — are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service without our written permission.
PrecisionHunt is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrecisionHunt and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct harmful to the service or other users.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PrecisionHunt after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
